Every year, I have weddings that fill my heart with propelling joy. They make me say, “YES! This is why I do this!” and give me such good energy that lasts all season. And Andy and Kelsey’s Richmond, VA wedding at the Armour House was one of them. When they told me they were keeping it small with 15-20 guests, I felt so honored. With a small wedding, everyone chips in to fill roles. Andy’s mom helped make the bouquet, which featured a large Magnolia bloom in honor of Kelsey’s grandfather, and both mothers decided to be “flower girls,” Kelsey’s sister was in charge of Music, and the brothers were in charge of the exit… wait for it… WATER GUNS! It was a hot day [90+] so the fact that we had a water gun fight just made this day that much better! Love this wedding – love the couple – and I hope you do too!
