Virginia Beach portrait and lifestyle photographer specializing in comfortable portraits and candids
The more weddings I shoot, the more I realize that it really is all about the people who surround you. Your family, friends, and most importantly, the person you vow to stand beside for the rest of your life. It’s not the decor, the venue… ehem… or the transportation or the weather. Beth and Garrett had a lot of things roll into plan B. Like when the bus broke down on the way to pick them up at the hotel AND it started dumping buckets from the sky. But they are troopers because they grabbed all of the umbrellas and cars they could find and got themselves there! If there was disappointment, I never saw it. I loved this couple during our engagement session, but when I realized how much they just cared about getting married, it lifted my spirits and made the day so much more joyful. I’m excited to share these photos because of how Beth and Garrett are together. They make each other better and it’s clear, not only in the way they handled the challenges on their wedding day, but they way they even just look at each other. Enjoy a snap shot of their day and give the vendors some love!

LOVE that wide shot of them in the trees! Beautiful!!
As a past wedding photographer and photo teacher, it was so nice to see your photographers…… photograph the wedding…..not run it. They were professional capturing the mood and feelings of the day in amazing images…congratulations to Beth and Garrett on making such a good choice in photographers. Dick
