This past week was pretty annoying when it came to reliable internet. We have Comcast [and I really could just stop right there] and our internet has been so shaky. Blog posts haven’t gone up, emails have been ignored. 3G has been abused. It’s been crazy and we’re probably going to switch to FIOS soon so we don’t have to keep stalking the Comcast hotline.
In another part of my home, my office is at a place where I feel pretty good about it! Nothing has aesthetically changed in a while, so I figured that while my office is clean, I should take photos of it and share! When we were house hunting, I wanted a space where I’d be happy to work, that was bright, a location in the home good for hosting clients, and that is open to the rest of the house. Oh. And a space that reflects who I am. Too much to ask? Well, this house delivered so many of those things. With built in shelves and plantation shutters as a bonus.
When we first visited this home, the room was a nice shade of salmon. It was used as a sitting area with a TV and a few chairs. Just like the rest of the house, it was decorated very traditionally…
So, here we are now! I still have a few plans, but they exist on one hand. Things like… figure out what to do with the blank wall behind my office chair! And then change my office chair to something as comfortable but cuter. Other than that, I LOVE working in this space! Check it out!
