Virginia Beach portrait and lifestyle photographer specializing in comfortable portraits and candids
I have been pretty much M.I.A. for the past 5 or 6 days. I have been away from a computer so there have been no blog posts, no tweets, no facebook posts, and no online presence whatsoever. And I’m so embarrassed! But, I have a pretty good reason.
In the next 5 weeks, Chad and I will be apartment shopping, apartment choosing, training for a new job [Chad], making contacts in the area [Ali], a reception, driving back to Winston Salem, packing, moving, and starting a new job [Chad]. We are at the beginning of this process, waiting for a call from the apartment complex [of our dreams]. It is a very exciting time in our life, but a little hectic.
Despite all of this craziness, we are excited to be moving and growing. I tend to embrace change because I love new growth opportunities that comes with it. So as we embark on our new adventure that is new jobs, friends, and communities, cheers to GROWTH.

What an exciting time for you Ali! Wishing you and your husband all the best with your big move and all the exciting opportunities that will come with it! xo
Ah – so exciting! Good luck with the move, apartment hunting, and getting acquainted with the area. Chad and I wish you both the best!
Oh, and we should totally do lunch/dinner sometime since you’ll be closer to Baltimore/DC! (If you’re available.) I’m sure it’s getting busy, since wedding season is getting into full swing!
