When Chad and I got married, I had a lot of unpacking to do.  Clothes to be folded and put in drawers. Office supplies to organized. Frames to be placed. I got to the boxes of books and walked over to the tallest bookshelf we have and read some of the titles. Just As I Am by Billy Graham, Peace With God by Billy Graham, My Answer by Billy Graham. I did not grow up listening to Billy Graham preach. Mainly because he was well before my time, but his message impacted generations upon generations. He had a simple calling: bring the truth to the people.

I won’t give you a detailed account of his life or ministry, because the fact is that I don’t really know it that well. I do know, after visiting Billy Graham’s Library, that he was a simple man who brought a simple message. I encourage you to go visit if you’re ever in Charlotte!
