Sometimes it’s hard to pick my favorite thing about my job. Meeting a cute basset-pug-beagle mix named Beaker?! It’s very near the top of the list. Also at the top, when the weather cooperates. On Alex and Luke’s engagement session day, we had predictions of wind gusts up to 30mph – and you’d never know! [Thank you, sand dunes.]

And also near the top, couples like Alex and Luke who want “non-cheesy” [haha, Luke’s words] engagement sessions on the beach. Alex’s family have been vacationing at the north end of Ocean City for nearly her entire life, so when they were picking a spot, this one just made sense. And you know me – I’ll do anything to photograph all beach sessions… YES to bare feet, sand, sea, and a little breeze…
