Just a few months ago, I was fanning out because I saw Chris Harrison in Richmond. But it left me with the question, “Why is Bachelorette in RVA?” But when I visit, I’m reminded how amazing that city is, and because of that, iconic Richmond weddings have become some of my favorites. It’s hard to beat the over the top luxury of The Jefferson Hotel, the gorgeous Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, and the old school southern elegance of The Country Club of Virginia. On top of that, a stellar couple propels this wedding into my top favorites.
These two had my heart when they asked me to do their engagement session in the outer banks, and it was so sweet to see them wed just a couple weekends ago. Kelly, a graphic designer, planned her day with stylish perfection. She hand illustrated her paper products and chose the perfect shade of dusty blue. Her details were impeccable, and her bridal look was one of my favorites. Andrew, dapper in his tux, could not be a better match for her. I’m so thrilled to share these images with you!
