Any day I get to visit Virginia horse country is a good day, especially if it’s a wedding. Middleburg holds a special place in my heart! Laura and John married at Goodstone‘s Manor House on a cozy, rainy day. We were able to get portraits outside and then the rain came so we took shelter in the beautiful space. After postponing their big wedding, like a lot of couples, they decided to keep their original wedding date and say their vows when they intended.

Kim Newton Weddings made sure the day was as beautiful and seamless as ever, Lori Tran brought soft pinks and whites in her stunning floral designs, and the couple cut the most beautiful white cake by Cakeroom. DJ Andrew Logan made sure all of the friends and family who couldn’t attend in person were able to watch the ceremony online. I love how technology can bring us together on these special days! It was such an honor to be a part of this intimate gathering, and I can’t wait for their big celebration next year.
