I first met Andelyn when I was photographing her sister’s wedding. Jordan, who is now one of my best friends, has always kept me filled in on her family – and so I feel like I know Andelyn better than I actually do. But I’m just still pretending we’re besties because she’s so stinking cool. And Brett is the steady, supportive, go with the flow guy who won her heart.

I have photographed these two in Virginia Beach a year or so ago, and at that point I just was waiting for the day they’d get engaged. And then it came!! I was crossing all of my fingers I’d get to photograph their wedding, and so honored they asked! We shot at Quirk Hotel for their engagement session. Andelyn decided they’d go glam since both of them love to dress up, and we did their last session at the beach! I’d say they nailed it, wouldn’t you?! Enjoy a few of the billions of pictures I couldn’t stop taking!
