DJ came to NYC for a job interview, where Abbey was living at the time. He had received opera tickets, and as smooth as can be, he Facebook-messaged Abbey, “the cute girl who sang opera at the German Honor Society Induction in high school” to see if she’d like to go. Well, safe to say she DID go, and the two ended up dating! DJ proposed earlier this year, and I was so excited to photograph their engagement session in Virginia Beach where all of their guests will get to explore next June!
