Yep! That’s right friends! Since I’m at the beach all week, I figured I’d theme the week. Nothing too complicated… it’s BEACH WEEK! Please enjoy the next five blog posts I’ll be sharing, this being the first one.

So this is the third year in a row my extended family has gathered together to relax, play beach games, and let’s be honest – spend a lot of time in the kitchen. If the other two years serve us well, I know we’re in for a great week of GREAT food. We’re planning on having a GREEK night, a SEAFOOD night, and anything else is extra because those are possibly my two favorite foods groups. We also seem to incorporate everyone’s talents in some way or another. Most of my family can cook, and a lot of us can sing. We always end up in the living room with a guitar taking turns singing songs. And then there is family photo night. That’s my realm. Its fun to choose colors and outfits and hang out on the beach with family in some nice clothes!

Anyway, enjoy this week, as I hope to! And be patient with email responses! I’ll have email access, but I’m making it limited due to the fact that it is my vacation 🙂
