I am 1/8 Greek. That’s not Greek enough to have beautiful olive skin that holds a tan, but it IS Greek enough to have big, thick eyebrows. This summer, followed by last, our Greek family got together at the beach to celebrate…family. It is supposed to be a vacation, but it’s more like a family reunion. We spend so much time together, cooking, tanning…ehem…burning, eating, and cooking and eating, and taking a few photos, having an impromptu talent show, and eating.
Chad married into this family. I know how hard it can be spending SO MUCH time with people you don’t know all that well, or at least didn’t grow up with, but he is so good at getting to know them. I love seeing how he loves my cousins, hangs out with my uncles and jokes with my aunts. He is loving me so well when he loves this family. Here are some clips of our photo night – nautical theme…
