It had been a long time since their run in at the Library at JMU. Jordan and Sam dated, prepared for marriage, and this past Saturday the day had finally come. “Eeee!” Jordan squealed as she turned and saw herself in the mirror. She had been up since O’dark thirty for her salon appointment, and the process of becoming a bride was complete. She put the finishing touches. Bracelet. Necklace. Earrings. And then she made her way down to meet her groom.
They wed next to the Bay under the sun. My favorite part of the day, besides the 100s of Kerr Jars [not Mason; Sam’s last name is Kerr] and purple DIY pom-poms that her housemates surprised her with, was the look of comfort and joy on their faces. The week before their wedding, they were moving out of 4 different cities into a fifth, Jordan graduated from College, Sam finished at WVU and starts an internship, AND not to mention preparing for their wedding. Their wedding day may have been the most relaxing day they’d seen in weeks. Now they’re married, and somewhere south and in the sun lounging for a week. Congrats you guys!
LOVED this light! Look at Jordan’s sepia eyes… So stunning.
THE BOW TIES! And how awesome is this DIY Lemonade! Just add water…
I could have NEVER done this without my 2nd, Sarah. Thanks for catching all those little ladybugs for me!!
